Marketing Interim/Interim-to-Hire Program Manager
Remote in the United States (MT or PT only) Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Interim/Interim-to-Hire Marketing Program Manager to join our client, a Digital Marketing Agency that specializes in Experiment-Led Growth. The Program Manager will work closely with the Integrated Growth Strategist (IGS) on each account, ensuring the successful execution of creative account strategies. This role involves setting and managing deliverables with internal teams, managing timelines, documenting processes, and running meetings. The Program Manager will essentially function as a Project Manager, overseeing the marketing program for each client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the IGS to understand and implement creative account strategies.
- Set and manage deliverables with internal teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of all project components.
- Document project processes, decisions, and changes, maintaining clear and organized records.
- Facilitate and run meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Manage multiple clients simultaneously, typically handling 5+ clients at a time.
- Coordinate with a team of 10 Program Management professionals to ensure consistent and high-quality project execution.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Must Haves:
- Proven experience in project management or coordination, preferably in a digital marketing or technology project background.
- Strong understanding of full-stack marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or professional services.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing strategy and execution.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
- Certification in project management is a plus.
