We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data/Business Analyst with strong marketing analytics expertise to join our growing team. You’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing marketing campaigns and sales performance by building insightful dashboards, integrating data from multiple platforms, and enforcing data governance best practices. Your work will directly inform strategic decisions across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain dynamic Tableau dashboards to provide actionable insights to marketing and sales teams.
- Build and manage data pipelines that integrate data from Martech and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Implement and oversee UTM governance, campaign tracking frameworks, and attribution modeling to accurately assess performance.
- Partner with marketing and sales stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Enforce data quality standards and ensure consistency across reporting sources.
- Perform advanced Excel-based analysis, creating reports and models to support campaign and sales strategy decisions.
- Continuously optimize reporting processes and recommend improvements to the marketing tech stack.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in a data/business analyst role focused on marketing or sales.
- Strong proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and storytelling.
- Proven experience with Martech and CRM data integration (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Deep understanding of campaign tracking, UTM governance, and multi-touch attribution.
- Advanced Excel skills – including pivot tables, lookups, data modeling, and automation techniques.
- Experience with SQL and working knowledge of ETL processes a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
