Marketing Coordinator

Location: Remote

Compensation: $80-120k annual salary, plus 10% annual bonus

This is a fast-growing professional services with offices across the United States and is renowned for its leadership in litigation and client-first approach.

The Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you’ll bring marketing structure and strategy to a high-performing team. You’ll help translate partner led ideas into polished campaigns and materials, working across digital, print, and events. Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing initiatives aligned with industry expectations
• Collaborate with leaders on campaign ideas and materials
• Manage vendor relationships across SEO, digital, and web services
• Maintain and update the firm’s website; support CRM (HubSpot) efforts
• Create social media content and support digital visibility for partners
• Develop and distribute direct mail campaigns and video brochures
• Provide event marketing support for symposiums and advocacy partnerships
• Experienced with OOH marketing strategies is a plus

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in professional services
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with attorneys or executive stakeholders
• Strong multitasking skills and comfort juggling multiple projects
• Experience with WordPress, HubSpot or other CRM platforms
• Confidence working with external vendors and print/digital media
