Senior User Interface Designer

Now, we’re seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to bring our platform to life—designing intuitive, elegant, and user-friendly experiences for a diverse set of financial intermediaries and investors worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Take a user-centric, design-thinking approach to solving complex problems in fintech and online capital markets.
• Translate rough sketches, wireframes, or even raw ideas into simple, intuitive, and beautiful design solutions for our core business applications.
• Collaborate with the Design Lead, Product Managers, and Engineers on key features of the Kore platform.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive design system ensuring consistency across web, mobile, and integrated applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows that clearly communicate design intent.
• Conduct user testing, research, and feedback sessions with internal and external stakeholders to validate and improve design decisions.
• Advocate for UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards, ensuring regulatory compliance and inclusivity.
• Support marketing efforts by designing landing pages, social media assets, banners, and other visual collateral as needed.
• Participate in sprint planning, product reviews, and cross-functional meetings to champion design excellence across the company.

About You

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design, ideally in B2B fintech, financial services, or capital markets.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite—you have an eye for pixel-perfect execution (spacing, margins, grids).
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals: typography, iconography, layout, color theory, and data visualization.
• Hands-on experience in interaction design and prototyping tools (e.g., Protopie, Lottie, After Effects).
• Familiarity with component-based design approaches and scalable design systems.
• Illustration skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an asset, enabling close collaboration with developers.
