SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing role is responsible for demand generation, performance marketing, and campaign optimization to drive effectiveness and efficiencies in the marketing spend. This strategic role is responsible for scaling customer acquisition across the funnel, optimizing key metrics, and aligning marketing programs with sales pipeline goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B telecom or technology marketing, is highly analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Own and evolve the growth marketing strategy to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of full-funnel campaigns across digital channels (ABM, Organic and Paid search, display, retargeting...).
- Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and sales Operations to align on ideal customer profile (ICP), messaging, and lead scoring.
Demand Generation & Performance Marketing
- Build and manage paid media campaigns to drive high-quality MQLs, SQLs and Qualified Accounts with ABM
- Track and optimize campaign performance across channels, leveraging A/B testing and performance data.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Oversee marketing automation workflows (e.g., email nurture, retargeting, lead lifecycle).
- Develop and manage dashboards and KPIs to report on marketing ROI and full funnel metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement through rigorous test and learn and attribution modeling.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field is typically
- Requires 7+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably in Tech/Telecom industry
- Proven success owning pipeline and revenue targets.
- Expertise in tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Zoominfo, and ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase)
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, funnel optimization, attribution, and buyer journeys.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; Excel/Sheets proficiency is a must.
- Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
