SUMMARY
As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will lead and/or influence process improvements with fact based analytics that drive marketing performance improvements. You will work with digital and campaign management team to drive closed lead management and campaign optimization with funnel metrics. You will be responsible for creating and owning Dashboards, KPIs and reporting for all Marketing effectiveness and efficiency metrics
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Closed Loop Lead Management & Optimization
- Expertise in managing the lead lifecycle within Salesforce and improving lead quality and conversion.
- Managing lead flow, ensuring accurate tracking of MQLs, SALs, SQLs, and Closed-Won opportunities.
- Implementing and optimizing lead scoring models and lead nurturing programs.
- Using segmentation and targeting to engage qualified leads
Digital Marketing Channels:
- Develop solid understanding of how various digital channels contribute to lead generation and engagement including SEO/SEM, ABM platforms like Demandbase, 6sense
- Understanding digital marketing analytics and using them to drive actionable insights
- Tracking and measuring campaign performance using metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and CPA.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting:
- Ttrack, analyze, and report on marketing performance data to optimize campaigns and inform strategy.
- Developing and maintaining marketing dashboards and reports.
- Analyzing marketing data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure alignment on reporting, data definitions, and attribution models.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in an marketing operations analytics role
- Experience working in a high-growth Technology, SaaS, or Telecom company.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias towards action
- Advanced Excel, data visualization tools like Tableau required.
- Hands-on experience with ABM and Martech tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoominfo, Demandbase/6sense, HubSpot/Outreach).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
