Rust Developer

About the Role

We are looking for 4 talented Rust Developers to join our growing development team in Prishtina. The ideal candidates will have strong experience building high-performance, reliable, and scalable applications using Rust.

You will work on challenging projects involving system-level programming, backend services, performance optimization, and modern software architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Rust.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
• Optimize application performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.
• Follow best practices for software development and security.

Requirements

Must Have

• Strong knowledge of Rust programming language.
• Experience with software development best practices.
• Understanding of memory management, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of C++ is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
• Experience with systems programming.
• Experience working with Linux environments.
• Familiarity with networking protocols and low-level programming concepts.
• Understanding of modern software architecture and distributed systems.
