What We're Looking For:
Kooth is looking for a technically fluent, operationally strong Director of Marketing Operations to design, optimize, and run our U.S. martech systems and team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll build and lead the infrastructure that fuels our growth and lifecycle marketing, while guiding a small but agile team across marketing automation, CRM workflows, email operations, and cross-functional project intake.
You'll take ownership of our martech stack — including HubSpot (all Hubs), Contentful, MMPs (AppsFlyer), and ASO tools (AppRadar) — ensuring systems are seamlessly integrated, workflows are scalable, and data flows transparently across teams and cross-departmental platforms like Braze and SFDC.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Martech Infrastructure & System Integrations
Own the U.S. marketing tech stack, ensuring all tools (MMPs, CRM, CMS, ASO, email, analytics) are integrated, reliable, and optimized for performance with a long term view of global stack alignment.
Lead ongoing administration of platforms including:
HubSpot (CRM, automation, forms, email, web content)
Contentful (web content management, app content management)
Mobile Measurement and Optimization Platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer; AppRadar)
Project Management systems (e.g., Monday, Wrike)
Translation Management systems (e.g., Smartling, Phrase)
Lead system integration support of cross-department and global platforms including:
Braze (customer engagement and lifecycle automation)
Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure API connections, data syncs, and schema alignments are implemented and maintained properly
Salesforce (data sync, lead lifecycle, and commercial ops interface)
Attribution & Performance Tracking
Web, App, and CRM Systems Management
Process Engineering & Operational Scalability
Requirements
What You'll Bring:
7+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or growth systems roles within digital product, SaaS, or app-based environments
Expertise in marketing tech stack design and integration across multiple platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Contentful, Braze, SFDC, AppsFlyer/Adjust)
Deep understanding of data architecture, including custom event tracking, API integrations, and CRM → product → analytics workflows
Proven ability to develop and implement attribution frameworks and marketing performance reporting dashboards (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
Experience optimizing mobile acquisition flows and ASO performance
Fluency in key growth marketing concepts: LTV, CAC, cohort analysis, segmentation, funnel conversion, and re-engagement
Bonus Points For
Experience working in HIPAA-compliant environments or health tech contexts
Familiarity with behavioral health, public sector programs, or K-12/higher ed ecosystems
Experience supporting multilingual/multicultural products (e.g., Spanish/English web/app content)

Compensation: The base salary for this role is up to $150,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including your education, experience, skills, and overall alignment with the role.
