We’re looking for a product marketing leader who can transform complex content management capabilities into simple, compelling stories that win markets. You’ll set the strategy at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution at a company-wide level.

At present, the role is available in Czechia or the UK.

At Kontent.ai, we help content-driven organizations manage and deliver content at scale. Our platform makes complex content management simple with AI agents that ensure quality, governance, and consistency—freeing content teams to focus on creativity and impact. We need a visionary director of product marketing who can inspire teams and audiences alike, shaping how Kontent.ai is understood and embraced around the world.

What you’ll be doing

Setting the vision and strategy for product marketing and storytelling at Kontent.ai
Becoming a recognized authority on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
Defining positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with business and technical audiences
Leading strategic go-to-market planning for major launches, verticals, and new product capabilities
Working with Demand Generation on Product Launch campaigns, measuring pipeline generation and activation
Partnering with Customer Success to excite our customer base on new product launches
Partnering with product leadership to influence roadmap and value communication
Equipping commercial teams with best-in-class enablement programs, content, and collateral
Building scalable processes for content, campaigns, and launches across regions
Coaching and mentoring a product marketing team to deliver with excellence

Skills that’ll help you succeed

Exceptional written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to inspire confidence across executives, customers, and analysts
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, able to build frameworks and also execute effectively when needed
Proven track record of leading successful product launches and learning from challenging ones
Analytical and market-savvy, with the ability to distill complex insights into strategic recommendations
Strong leadership skills: you’ve built, guided, or mentored product marketing teams
Technical curiosity and the ability to deeply understand the Kontent.ai platform and its value
Strong sense of design and storytelling, working with designers to create engaging, polished materials

Additional requirements

Significant experience in product marketing leadership, preferably in B2B SaaS
Exposure to building strategic programs, conducting market research, creating case studies, and leading cross-functional initiatives
Willingness and ability to join our team in Europe, preferably based in the United Kingdom or Czechia
