Senior Product Designer

We're searching for a senior product designer who’s meticulous about both form and function. You excel at simplifying complex ideas and are driven by a passion for building, prototyping, and refining digital products and experiences. You’re comfortable managing all stages of the design process, from concept to prototype to final delivery. With a big-picture mindset and clear communication style, you’re equally adept at working independently and as part of a team. You thrive in exploration and iteration, knowing these lead to the best solutions.

What You’ll Do

Work with the product managers to define product goals, strategy, and success metrics.
Analyze research findings and turn them into actionable insights.
Help shape the product roadmap through design input.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Own the design of end-to-end experiences
Consider accessibility, responsiveness, and edge cases in design decisions.
Deliver pixel-perfect assets and documentation for developers.
Clearly articulate design decisions and the rationale behind them.
Communicate timelines, progress, blockers, and feedback loops.
Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure quality and consistency.
Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and real-world usage.
Ensure the final product delivers strong UX and meets defined goals.
Mentor junior designers and give constructive feedback.
Advocate for good design and user experience internally.
Help evolve or maintain the design system.
Think in scalable patterns that work across multiple features or product areas.
