We’re working with an established, independent digital marketing agency with a strong reputation for delivering results and a growing portfolio of recognisable brands across ecommerce, beauty, B2B and financial services.

The agency brings together specialists in SEO, content, digital PR, paid media and social, giving its teams the opportunity to deliver genuinely integrated campaigns. Its work ranges from complex international website migrations and technical SEO projects to driving significant organic revenue growth and helping brands gain visibility in emerging AI-powered search.

With an experienced leadership team, a collaborative culture and a real focus on measurable marketing performance, it’s an exciting opportunity to work on challenging accounts, develop your expertise and help shape the future of search.

Now, they’re looking for an experienced SEO specialist to lead strategy on high-value client accounts, tackle technical challenges and help the next generation of SEO talent level up.

What you’ll be doing

• Own the strategy: Turn client goals into smart SEO plans with clear KPIs and measurable results.
• Get technical: Lead audits, migrations, international SEO projects and performance improvements.
• Make the data work: Analyse performance, spot opportunities and turn insights into action.
• Keep clients happy: Build strong relationships, lead conversations and demonstrate the business value of SEO.
• Explore what’s next: Help clients navigate AI search, from ChatGPT to Google AI Overviews.
• Help others grow: Mentor junior team members, share knowledge and raise the bar for quality.
• Think beyond SEO: Collaborate with content, digital PR, paid media and social to deliver joined-up campaigns.

You’ll be a great fit if…

• You’ve worked in an agency SEO team and managed multiple client accounts.
• Technical SEO is your thing, and you know how to prioritise fixes that make a difference.
• You’re confident presenting strategies, insights and recommendations to clients.
• You understand the commercial side of SEO, including leads, conversions and revenue.
• You enjoy mentoring others and sharing your expertise.
• You’re curious about AI search and where the industry is heading.

Experience in ecommerce, B2B, beauty and wellbeing, or financial services would be a bonus.
