YOUR ROLE AS SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER

Design at Kolsquare is about crafting meaningful, intuitive, and delightful experiences that empower our users to thrive in the influencer marketing world. As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process — from discovery to delivery — balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
You will be part of a team of 4 designers (3 permanent & 1 part-time freelancer) and will report to the Chief Product Officer. You will work closely with Product, Tech, and Data teams to translate complex problems into simple, elegant solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that both UX and UI reach the highest level of excellence.
This role requires deep expertise in product design, a strong ability to turn insights into actionable designs, and the passion to advocate for users at every stage of product development.
Your Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate design workshops, present concepts to stakeholders, and champion a user-centered culture across the company.
YOUR PROFILE
You are a Designer and a Strategist: You have at least 5 years of experience in Product Design, with deep expertise in both UX and UI — and you always connect your design decisions to real business outcomes.
