About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic Influencer Marketing Strategist to spearhead our brand's influencer initiatives. In this pivotal role, you'll architect innovative influencer campaigns, forge meaningful creator partnerships, and leverage social media influence to elevate our brand presence and drive tangible business results. You'll serve as the bridge between our brand and the digital creator community, crafting campaigns that resonate with target audiences while delivering measurable impact.
What You'll Do:
- Creator Network Development: Identify, vet, and cultivate relationships with influencers and content creators across key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to build a robust brand ambassador network
- Strategic Campaign Design: Develop end-to-end influencer marketing strategies that align with business objectives, from brand awareness to performance-driven initiatives
- Partnership Management: Lead all aspects of influencer collaborations including outreach, contract discussions, content direction, and compliance with brand guidelines
- Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategy
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign metrics to assess effectiveness, derive insights, and implement continuous improvement strategies
Who You Are:
- Proven Experience: 3+ years in influencer marketing, social media strategy, or digital marketing with demonstrated success in executing impactful influencer campaigns
- Master Connector: Outstanding relationship-building skills with the ability to negotiate and maintain productive partnerships
- Strategic Analyst: Proficient in interpreting social media analytics and translating data into actionable strategies
- Creative Problem-Solver: Ability to develop innovative approaches that balance brand objectives with creator authenticity
