II. About the Role

We are hunting for an exceptionally bright, metrics-driven Head of Launch Campaigns and Developer Growth to completely own our market-imbalance acquisition framework for the “Developer Prototyping Bootcamp” segment of EMERGENCE '26 (October 21–22, 2026). You will architect digital campaigns that create extreme visibility, build immense waitlists, and systematically close the funnel for regional software developers (bootcamp seats). Exceptional performance during this initial 2.5-month campaign can lead directly to a permanent executive job offer.

III. What You Will Build and Lead

• Build the Campaign Demand Infrastructure: Architect, launch, and optimize high-converting landing pages built on WordPress (Elementor Pro), fully configured with precise SEO structures (Yoast Premium).
• Lead Hyper-Targeted Ad Operations: Deploy and optimize our full performance marketing ad spend across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Search to drive highly targeted B2B corporate inquiries.
• Direct the Growth Intern Squad: Command and mentor a dedicated graduate intern and a design professional, dividing them into parallel operational swim lanes (one focused entirely on designing and creating marketing collaterals and the other on high-volume outbound calling).

IV. Critical Skills and Inputs (Non-Negotiable)

1. Advanced Performance Marketing: Proven track record running high-ROI B2B customer acquisition campaigns via LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
2. Full-Stack Landing Page Deployment: Complete hands-on fluency building custom, responsive landing pages via WordPress and Elementor Pro, including advanced on-page SEO styling.
3. WooCommerce & Indian Payment Gateway Integration: Practical experience integrating WooCommerce with leading Indian payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) to create seamless checkout experiences, structured payment workflows, and clear, hassle-free refund management processes.
4. Branded Transactional Email & Customer Journey Automation: Proven ability to build visually appealing, professionally communicated, and automated email workflows triggered directly by WooCommerce and payment gateway actions—specifically covering Checkout, Onboarding, Order Confirmation, Delivery Notifications, and clear refund updates.
5. Persuasive Closing: Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive conversational intelligence needed to convert hot prospects and secure high-ticket commitments.
6. Data-Driven Campaign Management: Obsessive tracking of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CAC, Cost-Per-Lead) and agile budget management.
7. High-Conversion B2B Copywriting: Exceptional ability to craft persuasive, professional, and benefit-oriented sales copy across landing pages, brochures, and email sequences that explicitly moves high-ticket prospects from initial curiosity to confirmed registration.
