Koin Games is a group of 25+ year veteran game designers and developers and we’re looking for a lead game designer to join our team to help us with our next-generation Collectible Card Game designed with a FUN player experience first and foremost supercharged with true digital ownership. This role focuses on partnering with and supporting the Chief Product Officer, solving creative problems, helping establish and emphasize core design pillars, creating and maintaining highly detailed design documentation, reviewing game builds and working with partners to improve them, and creating content that will go directly to players.
Responsibilities
Provide detailed feedback on game builds, feature implementations, and content updates to ensure high-quality execution. Engage with play tests and gather feedback to refine and improve game balance, progression, and player engagement.
