Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will play a key role in developing engaging and visually appealing content for our online educational courses. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in motion graphics and animation, coupled with a passion for creating compelling educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Integrate motion graphics seamlessly into e-learning modules while following along to detailed storyboards
Animate and properly time lower thirds, icons, text displays, illustrations, stock video, etc
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including video editors, illustrators, and other artists
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
Create organized project files that adhere to company guidelines
Collaborate with team leads to plan and execute timelines for motion graphics deliverables
Review and refine motion graphics to meet quality standards and project requirements
Adapt to evolving project requirements and provide creative solutions to overcome challenges
Troubleshoot technical issues related to motion graphics production
Maintain organized project files, documentation, and version control for easy collaboration and future reference

Qualifications

3+ years experience in motion graphics
Must be proficient in the English language. Must be able to read and understand complex sentences and concepts
Advanced in industry-standard software (Adobe After Effects, Adobe illustrator, Premiere Pro)
Storyboarding experience is a plus
Must be able to read and follow detailed instructions
Must be able to take feedback and learn from it
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with other team members
Must be detail oriented
Must possess strong file management skills
Candidate must submit samples of their reel/portfolio for review

Working Hours

Monday - Friday, from 02:00 AM - 11:00 AM PST. (12:00 PM - 09:00 PM Cairo Time)
