As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing product marketing, content-driven demand generation, and partner marketing strategies. Your focus will be on creating compelling B2B SaaS messaging, executing strategic marketing campaigns, and developing high-impact content that drives awareness, leads, and revenue growth. This role requires a data-driven, strategic SaaS marketer who can translate complex product capabilities into clear business value propositions for HR, L&D, and compliance decision-makers.
The ideal candidate has a strong B2B SaaS marketing background, experience with product positioning, and a proven track record in driving demand and user adoption for software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid media, content syndication) that generate demand and drive user acquisition.
- Craft compelling B2B SaaS messaging that highlights the business impact, ROI, and competitive advantage of KnowledgeCity’s LMS and Learning Library.
- Implement SEO, paid search, and inbound marketing strategies to attract and convert decision makers into clients.
- Define and segment target audiences within HR, L&D, and compliance sectors to tailor messaging and engagement strategies.
- Build lead nurturing programs and automated email sequences that guide prospects through the marketing funnel.
- Develop and implement a SaaS product marketing strategy that effectively positions KnowledgeCity’s LMS as a leading corporate training solution.
- Lead the creation of thought leadership content (blog posts, white papers, case studies, webinars, industry reports) to engage HR and L&D professionals.
- Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new content releases and product features, ensuring strong adoption and engagement.
- Align marketing efforts with Sales and Customer Success teams, creating sales enablement materials that support customer acquisition and retention.
- Optimize landing pages and conduct A/B testing to maximize conversions.
- Develop and execute a partner marketing strategy to attract, enable, and engage channel partners, resellers, and referral partners.
- Create co-branded marketing assets, sales toolkits, and training materials that empower partners to market and sell KnowledgeCity’s SaaS solutions effectively.
- Plan and execute partner recruitment campaigns leveraging digital channels, social media, and industry events to expand the partner network.
- Track and analyze partner engagement and co-marketing performance to refine strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key SaaS marketing KPIs (conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs, trial-to-paid conversions, CAC, LTV) to optimize strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine positioning and messaging.
- Continuously optimize marketing campaigns based on data insights.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a strong focus on product marketing, demand generation, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Proven expertise in marketing SaaS solutions to HR, L&D, and corporate decision-makers.
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, product positioning, and competitive differentiation.
- Strong background in SEO, paid media, inbound marketing, and lead generation strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems, with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills, with experience creating SaaS-focused marketing content.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple SaaS marketing campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Success, and Product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
