We are seeking an experienced Design Lead to guide and shape KnowledgeCity’s brand identity and design strategy across all channels. This role is essential in ensuring that every visual touchpoint reflects a cohesive, professional, and engaging brand presence. The Design Lead will be responsible for setting the creative direction and ensuring consistency across all marketing assets.
Position Overview:
As the Design Lead, you will oversee and execute the full spectrum of design initiatives for the KnowledgeCity brand. You will be responsible for maintaining and evolving our brand identity, developing visual standards, and producing compelling designs for web, social, email, presentations, and more. This role requires a strategic and hands-on design leader who can translate business goals into powerful visual storytelling while ensuring brand alignment across global markets.
The ideal candidate is both a creative visionary and an execution-driven designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand development, digital marketing design, and corporate communications in the SaaS industry. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and executive teams to ensure KnowledgeCity stands out with a professional, modern, and impactful brand presence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction for design projects, including website, landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, and marketing campaigns.
- Design and refine templates for pitch decks, client presentations, and internal communications.
- Oversee workload distribution and ensure the design team consistently delivers high-quality work that aligns with brand and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain KnowledgeCity’s brand guidelines to ensure a consistent and professional brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Enforce brand and design guidelines across all company assets and marketing materials to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- Partner with the marketing team to translate campaign strategies into visually compelling assets that drive engagement and conversions.
- Ensure all design work aligns with KnowledgeCity’s brand voice, audience expectations, and business objectives.
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects, balancing strategic vision with timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support sales enablement, marketing, and product launches through strong visual design.
- Stay current with design trends, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into KnowledgeCity’s brand evolution.
- Provide art direction and feedback for designers as needed.
- Establish scalable design systems, ensuring efficiency and consistency across projects.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior design role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity development, digital marketing design, and multi-channel creative work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
- Experience designing for SaaS, eLearning, or B2B audiences is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of web design, responsive layouts, and UI/UX best practices.
- Ability to balance hands-on design execution with strategic creative direction.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with creating marketing assets in multiple languages is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
