We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our email marketing efforts across global markets. This role is essential in generating demand, nurturing leads, and driving client engagement through targeted email communications. Position Overview:
As the Email Marketing Manager, you will own the planning, development, and optimization of our email marketing strategy across the buyer and customer journey. You will work closely with the Content, Design, and Marketing Operations teams to deliver segmented, timely, and personalized email campaigns that drive measurable results across new sales, client retention, and partner activation.
This role requires a hands-on leader who understands marketing automation platforms, segmentation best practices, and performance analytics. You will be responsible for managing our email calendar, optimizing deliverability, conducting A/B testing, and continuously improving engagement across all email channels.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the global email marketing strategy across demand generation, lead nurturing, onboarding, and client communications.
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns, sequences, and workflows using HubSpot and other automation tools.
- Develop and manage the email calendar in alignment with marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, product launches, and content releases.
- Lead segmentation strategies to personalize outreach based on buyer journey stages, behavior, and region.
- Monitor key email KPIs (open rates, CTR, bounce rates, unsubscribe rates, conversions) and provide insights to continuously improve performance.
- Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, copy, CTAs, and layout to optimize engagement.
- Collaborate with the Content Marketing Managers and Graphic Designers to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all emails.
- Maintain and improve deliverability, compliance, and list hygiene, following email best practices and GDPR/CAN-SPAM regulations.
- Track campaign results, generate reports, and provide insights to management.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Success teams to ensure email initiatives are aligned with outreach, renewals, and partner communications.
- Manage email templates and asset libraries to ensure efficiency and consistency in campaign production.
- Train and support internal stakeholders on best practices in email usage, including campaign setup and reporting.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B email marketing, ideally in a SaaS or eLearning environment.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools.
- Proven track record of creating, executing, and optimizing high-performing email campaigns.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, list management, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Familiarity with email compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and drive improvements.
- Excellent written communication skills with a sharp eye for detail and quality.
- Experience collaborating with content, creative, and sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with HTML/CSS for email formatting.
