Lead Software Engineer (.NET)

Project

For our customer, a Swedish IT company, we are looking for a Tech Lead .NET to join a cross-functional Scrum team working on a healthcare product with real impact.

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the backend: from shaping and implementing solutions, through refining requirements together with the Product Owner and architects, to supporting and guiding the backend team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on coding with technical decision-making and team support – in a project where communication is just as important as clean code.

Remote frome Poland.

Requirements

• C#, .NET Core / .NET 8 (ASP.NET, Entity Framework, MediatR, Swagger, Serilog, SignalR)
• TypeScript / React (RTK, Material UI, react-hook-form, ESLint)
• MS SQL Server / PostgreSQL
• Unit & functional tests: NUnit, xUnit, Moq, FluentAssertions, vitest, jest
• Architecture & design patterns: SOLID, CQRS, DDD
• RabbitMQ
• Kubernetes, Docker
• GitHub Actions (CI/CD)
• Experience in leading or mentoring backend developers
• Fluent English (both spoken and written) – daily collaboration with Swedish client
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders
