We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and driven User Experience & Interface Designer to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll design custom website interfaces while also researching, strategizing, and testing user experiences. You’ll develop user journeys, create site maps, craft conversion strategies, and build comprehensive brand brand guides.

As a senior designer, you’ll spearhead projects, guide art direction, and play a critical role in shaping the overall design and user experience strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise and a passion for creating high-quality, user-centered designs.

Web Design (UI) & User Experience (UX):

Proficiency in user experience (UX) research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Expertise in developing conversion strategies that drive user engagement and achieve client goals.
Strong skills in user interface (UI) design, strategy, and functionality, delivering visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
Experience conducting user testing and interviews to refine and validate designs.
Understanding of capabilities in HTML and CSS, with a solid understanding of development guidelines to ensure designs are responsive, functional and intuitive.
Knowledge of ADA compliance standards, ensuring designs meet accessibility requirements.
Ability to create personas and map user journeys to enhance user experiences.
Proficiency in creating mood boards and performing benchmarking to define design direction.
Skilled in producing wireframes to lay the foundation for informational architecture, conversion objectives, and user flow.
Ability to create full and final designs from scratch, ensuring they meet both client and user needs.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Ability to work closely with developers to ensure seamless design-to-development handoffs and adherence to technical standards.
Experience in spearheading projects, providing guidance and art direction to achieve strategic goals.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead by example and mentor team members in design best practices.

Technical & Strategic Skills:

Familiarity with process creation and refinement to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.
Capacity to align designs with robust marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive brand and user experience.
Ability to evolve and adapt to changes in technology and design methodologies, driving innovation within the role.

Requirements:
