We’re looking for a UX Designer to support our Salesforce delivery and advisory engagements. This role focuses on designing intuitive, accessible, and delightful user experiences across the Salesforce platform—particularly in Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and custom applications. You will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and developers to ensure end-user needs are reflected in both design and implementation.
You’ll work on a variety of projects, from strategic UX discovery and design audits to hands-on design execution and prototyping within Salesforce constraints.
Work Setup: Full time; Remote; Morning shift
Key Responsibilities
User-Centred Design & Research
- Facilitate design discovery sessions to understand business goals, user needs, and process pain points
- Translate complex workflows into clear, user-friendly Salesforce experiences
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions
UX/UI Design Execution
- Design wireframes, low-to-high fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
- Create design assets and guidelines aligned with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and brand standards
- Ensure accessibility and mobile responsiveness across all designs
Collaboration & Advisory
- Work with Salesforce Consultants, Developers, and Project Managers to align design with technical feasibility
- Provide input into Experience Cloud site structure, navigation, and component usage
- Support the delivery of client-facing presentations and design rationale in advisory engagements
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Perform UX audits and heuristics evaluations on existing Salesforce implementations
- Champion user experience best practices within the team and contribute to internal design frameworks
- Stay up to date on Salesforce UX trends and digital design standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least some experience in enterprise or cloud software projects
- Experience designing for Salesforce platforms is highly beneficial
- Strong portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web-based applications
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Understanding of the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and constraints of Experience Cloud
- Experience with usability testing and iterative design based on user feedback
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile project teams
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end development principles is a bonus but not required
