Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing the user interface and experience of our mobile application. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create compelling designs that align with our vision and business objectives. Your work will directly impact how users interact with AI-driven media and social features. You will also be expected to think like a Product Designer, considering not only aesthetics but also functionality, user behavior, and business goals to create a seamless and impactful product experience.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to visualize user flows and interactions.
• UI Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring consistency with brand identity and industry standards.
• UX Optimization: Improve app navigation, accessibility, and usability for an optimal user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation and a high-quality final product.
• Feedback & Iteration: Gather user feedback and iterate designs based on analytics, A/B testing, and usability testing.
• Design System Development: Maintain and enhance the design system, ensuring consistency across all app features and updates.
• Product Thinking: Approach design challenges with a product mindset, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in mobile apps.
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience with mobile app UI/UX design (must be submitted with application).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with AI-driven design trends, media platforms, or social networking apps is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with animations and micro-interactions.
• Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, React Native, SwiftUI).
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and generative design technologies.
