We provide transparency other cards don’t—like ISO 8583 transaction data that shows merchant phone numbers, tokenization status, and more. And our Klutch AI Insights mini-app gives users the ability to ask natural language questions like "How much did I spend on food this month?" and get answers instantly.

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in early-stage environments and is excited to take ownership of critical parts of the Klutch experience. You’ll work across engineering, design, operations, and customer support to bring new features to life, improve existing experiences, and help define our product roadmap.

This role blends technical understanding, customer obsession, and creative problem-solving. You’ll be expected to think deeply about the product, act decisively, and push forward in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Own and evolve parts of the core Klutch experience—from card creation and spending controls to mini-apps and backend workflows
• Prioritize customer needs and translate them into clear, actionable product specs
• Work closely with engineers and designers to build, test, and launch new features quickly
• Define and analyze product metrics to inform roadmap and iterate intelligently
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with compliance, customer support, and operations
• Advocate for clarity, simplicity, and customer-first thinking at every step
• Contribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities, proposing solutions, and validating ideas through data and user feedback

You Might Be a Fit If You

• Have 3–6 years of experience in product management, preferably at a startup or fintech
• Are deeply curious about how things work, especially complex systems like payments or credit
• Can write clear, structured specs and communicate with both technical and non-technical teams
• Have experience working directly with engineers and shipping production software
• Are comfortable with data—defining metrics, digging into dashboards, and identifying trends
• Value speed, clarity, and ownership over process for process’s sake
• Care about the customer experience end-to-end—from backend edge cases to UI polish

Bonus Points

• Experience in financial products, card issuing, or working with ISO 8583 or NACHA protocols
• Strong technical fluency or prior engineering background
• Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or risk constraints in fintech
• Experience building or managing platforms or developer-facing features
• A point of view on what makes product work great—whether in payments, apps, or consumer tools
