核心职责

独立负责公司主要业务线完整视觉方案设计，具备简单的交互设计能力及产品思维；参与设计规范体系建立和维护，熟练使用设计系统组件库并能够撰写设计规范规则；交互动画设计制作能力，能够通过Figma等软件交付产品演示demo，输出高保真原型辅助技术可行性评估

任职要求

✅ 硬性门槛

• 3-5年体验设计经验，完整参与过2个以上C端产品迭代（需提供作品集）
• 技术理解力：掌握iOS/Android差异化适配规则，可与开发讨论各类前端实现功能

✅ 加分项

• 熟练使用Figma/ProtoPie等主流设计软件
• 有国际化多语言适配经验和海外产品设计经验
• 主导过设计工具链建设（如Figma插件开发/设计系统开发或者其他工具链开发）
• 熟悉各类AIGC工具并有过实战经验（Midjourney/stable diffusion / comfyUI）
