Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centered interfaces for our digital products. The ideal candidate is an innovative thinker with a proven track record of crafting exceptional user experiences and visually stunning designs using Figma. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to shape the future of our web and mobile applications, driving design excellence and pushing the boundaries of creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final UI design.
• Create innovative, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces using Figma, ensuring seamless collaboration with development teams.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries in Figma to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to align design solutions with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and elevate outcomes.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the table.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative web and mobile projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including advanced features like auto-layout, variants, and collaborative workflows.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Proven ability to create responsive and adaptive designs for diverse platforms and screen sizes.
• Experience conducting user research, creating personas, and mapping user journeys.
• Strong visual design skills, with an eye for typography, color theory, and layout aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design rationale to cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for complex applications or emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven interfaces).
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge design and implementation.
• Knowledge of additional design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch) as a complement to Figma expertise.
• Background in creating animations or micro-interactions to enhance user engagement.
