🚀 Head of Marketing & TVL Growth (DeFi)

A fast-growing Web3 company backed by a top blockchain ecosystem is hiring a Head of Marketing & TVL Growth to lead the adoption and scaling of its AI-powered DeFi vault product. This is a strategic leadership role focused on growing Total Value Locked (TVL) through a mix of performance marketing, DeFi-native strategies, and community engagement.

📌 What You’ll Do

• Lead the GTM strategy for a new DeFi vault product across multiple chains.
• Design and execute data-driven growth campaigns (organic, paid, influencer, KOLs).
• Own core KPIs: TVL growth, CAC per $1 locked, vault user retention.
• Develop narratives that appeal to both institutional players and Web3-native communities.
• Collaborate with product and BD teams to launch incentives and liquidity initiatives.
• Manage community growth on Web3 channels: Discord, X (Twitter), Zealy, DeBank, Farcaster, etc.
• Analyze on-chain and off-chain data to refine campaigns and drive results.
• Represent the protocol in public forums, AMAs, events, and conferences.

📌 What We’re Looking For

• 8–12 years in growth, performance marketing, or BD.
• 3–5+ years in crypto or DeFi with experience in vaults, staking, or liquidity protocols.
• Proven ability to grow TVL or user adoption in DeFi products.
• Strong grasp of tokenomics, incentive design, and user acquisition funnels.
• Familiar with Dune, Nansen, Web3 CRM tools, Subgraphs, etc.
• Skilled storyteller with experience crafting narratives for both institutional and crypto-native audiences.
• Based in or experienced with emerging markets (Asia/MENA) is a bonus.
