Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Marketing Demand Generation Manager to oversee and optimize the end-to-end marketing process, from planning and execution to reporting. This role requires expertise in data analytics and interpretation, marketing strategy & planning, performance tracking, campaign improvement/optimization, and reporting to ensure seamless campaign implementation and measurable outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
Planning Process
Do the data analysis and interpretation based on the client briefings, historical performance, and current campaign situations. Set the KPI’s based on the data analytics.
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience insights, and competitive positioning.
Develop comprehensive integrated marketing plans by analysing different marketing tactics and budget allocation with respect to KPIs.
Allocate resources and prioritize marketing tactics to achieve strategic objectives/KPIs efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement marketing strategies.
Execution Process
Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Coordinate with creative, media, and digital teams to develop and deploy marketing assets.
Manage multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
Ensure seamless execution of marketing plans within budget and timeline constraints.
Monitor real-time campaign performance and KPIs, take a step to make necessary optimizations.
Communicate & update about the activities and ongoing campaigns
Reporting & Performance Measurement
Develop and maintain reporting decks and marketing dashboards to track campaign progress.
Measure and analyze KPIs across demand creation, lead generation, and nurturing.
Identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to track return on investment (mROI) and customer acquisition costs.
