Summary:
This role is responsible for building relationships with new clients with particular emphasis on contact with prospective clients, offering them guidance while simultaneously assessing their needs and making sure they can be met.
[Responsibilities]:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Identify new business opportunities and grow our client base in the Japan region
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve business goals
- Help to review the localization of the client’s marketing materials
- Handle any inquiries related to the Japan region from clients and the internal team
[Requirements]:
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a B2B marketing agency background
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field; or advanced degree preferred
- Strong understanding and technical skills in Japanese and general digital marketing across channels:
- SEO
- Social Media: Twitter, LINE, Facebook, Instagram
- SEM: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo Ads, etc
- Email Marketing/Marketing Automation
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Japanese
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions
- Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
