We are looking for a driven and experienced B2B Marketer to join our team. This role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies specifically tailored for the Greater China market and is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of both strategic marketing planning and hands-on campaign execution.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Planning
- Develop and execute both short-term and long-term marketing strategies tailored to the Greater China Region (Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan), with a deep understanding of local consumer behaviors, regional trends, and market dynamics.
- Lead demand generation and customer acquisition initiatives, including nurture and conversion strategies to attract new business and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Manage and optimize B2B lead generation campaigns to consistently drive relevant traffic and qualified leads for the sales team.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough market and product research to define target audiences, assess competitive positioning, and refine campaign strategies accordingly.
2. Client Handling & Project Management
- Independently oversee and manage client projects across the Greater China Region, ensuring strategic alignment, timely execution, and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor, aligning marketing strategies with client business goals.
- Maintain clear, regular communication with clients and key stakeholders to manage expectations and report progress.
- Support the proposal and planning process with strategic marketing recommendations tailored to client objectives.
3. General Support
- Drive continuous improvement in marketing services tailored to the unique needs of the Greater China Region.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance marketing capabilities and service delivery.
- Mentor junior team members as needed and share market-specific knowledge to build team expertise.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Support training initiatives and professional development for local teams in the region.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation, demand generation, and customer acquisition—preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital marketing.
- Proven experience in the Greater China Region is highly preferred, with an understanding of local business practices and marketing norms.
- Skilled in executing multichannel marketing strategies (digital, content, email, social, etc.) that drive measurable results.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to use KPIs and campaign data to optimize performance.
- Excellent client communication skills and the ability to deliver tailored solutions based on client needs.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and spoken) is required; Cantonese is a plus.
