About the job
As a Social Media Manager, you’ll shape the voice of our clients’ brands across platforms and help bring their stories to life in the digital world. You’ll lead content strategy, craft compelling copy, and work closely with Kiwi’s creative team to deliver campaigns that connect with global audiences. We’re looking for someone who’s both strategic and creative, with a deep love for storytelling and a sharp eye for what resonates online.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)
- Write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned copy for posts, captions, ads, and campaigns
- Plan and manage social media campaigns that support product launches, client features, thought leadership, and brand moments
- Brief and collaborate with the creative team (designers, video editors) to bring content ideas to life
- Monitor engagement metrics, analyze performance, and optimize content for growth and impact
- Stay ahead of platform trends, best practices, and algorithm updates
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and tagged content
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to align social strategies with broader marketing goals
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in social media or content marketing, ideally in a design, creative, or digital-focused industry
- Excellent copywriting skills in English, with an adaptable tone of voice for different brands and audiences
- Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and content performance
- Experience creating or leading content calendars and social campaign strategies
- Skilled at briefing creative teams and collaborating cross-functionally
- Familiar with tools like Buffer, Later, Notion, Figma, Canva, and social insights dashboards
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts or projects remotely
A plus if you have these criteria
- Background in storytelling or brand voice development
- Visual eye for layout, photography, or design
- Experience with paid social media campaigns
- Experience working with global or multi-market brands
