We are now looking for an energetic and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our journey and bring our brand voice to life across digital platforms.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Strategy: Plan, create, and publish daily content (posts, reels, stories, videos) across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
Campaign Development: Build creative campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal trends, and brand values.
Community Management: Engage with followers, reply to comments and DMs, manage influencer & blogger collaborations, and encourage UGC.
Growth & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions). Identify trends and opportunities to grow brand awareness.
Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador and work closely with marketing on campaigns, PR, events, and product launches.

What We’re Looking For

3+years of experience in social media, ideally in cosmetics, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok and their content trends.
Creative eye for beauty aesthetics with basic photo/video editing skills (a plus 🎉).
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Turkish.
Data-driven mindset with familiarity using analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics).
Self-starter, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced start-up culture.
Based in Istanbul, flexible to work remotely and attend occasional in-person meetings/events.
