Kisner's Solutions is a Fractionally Based Service Company. We provide fractional services our family of Hair Salons as well as several other small accounts in other niches.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for a broad range of tasks across the digital marketing landscape. We are looking for someone with Graphic and Multi-Media design expertise that is also versitle in data driven strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design & Video Editing: Create branded graphics, marketing collateral, and short-form/long-form videos for campaigns.
• Website Design & Management: Maintain and update company/clients’ websites (WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms).
• Social Media Marketing: Manage social content calendars, publish posts, engage with audiences, and run paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Email Marketing: Build and optimize email campaigns, newsletters, and automations for engagement and conversions.
• Paid Advertising: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Conduct keyword research, optimize web content, and track rankings to drive organic growth.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance across all channels, prepare reports, and recommend optimizations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design/video tools.
• Working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, Monday.com, Microsoft, and HubSpot
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance creative and analytical work.
