Kiran Jewels India is a diamond and fine jewellery manufacturer based in Andheri, Mumbai, supplying retail partners across India and international markets. We are building an in-house creative function that treats design as a driver of the business, not a service desk that formats what marketing has already decided.

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who works across brand, web, video and AI-assisted production. You will shape how the brand looks and behaves across every surface we own: campaigns, catalogues, packaging, web pages, sales collateral and video. You will use AI tools as part of your daily process to explore more directions in less time, and apply your own judgement to decide what is actually good enough to ship.

This is an ownership role. You will not be handed finished briefs. You will help write them.

Key responsibilities

Design brand and campaign assets across print and digital, including lookbooks, catalogues, packaging, trade show collateral, social and email creative

Design landing pages and website sections end to end, covering layout, typography, motion and responsive behaviour, and hand off cleanly to the development team

Build and maintain the brand system: logo usage, typography, colour, grid, iconography and photography direction

Develop marketing video concepts from idea to storyboard, covering short form social, product films, campaign teasers and craft or manufacturing storytelling

Execute motion and video edits, or brief and direct external editors and studios

Integrate AI image, video and editing tools into production workflows, and evaluate new tools as they become available

Maintain a template and asset library so brand consistency holds as output volume grows

Partner with sales, merchandising and product teams to translate commercial requirements into creative that performs

Requirements

2 to 5 years of professional design experience, or a portfolio strong enough to make that range irrelevant

A portfolio demonstrating range across print, digital and brand systems, with at least some motion or video work

Advanced command of typography, layout, colour and composition

Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro or After Effects) and Figma

Practical, hands-on experience with AI creative tools for image generation, video generation and retouching, along with a clear view of their limitations

Ability to develop campaign level concepts rather than executing individual assets in isolation

Strong communication skills and comfort iterating quickly on feedback

Preferred qualifications

Experience in jewellery, fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands

3D or CGI product visualisation (Blender, KeyShot or equivalent)

Familiarity with Webflow, Framer, or basic HTML and CSS

Art direction or photography experience on live product shoots
