Job Description

Kipu is looking for an experienced Engineer to join our Enterprise team. You’ll be joining a dynamic, exceptional team to make huge impacts in a fun, exciting company with significant growth potential. Our engineers are developing the next generation of EMR technologies, putting Kipu at the forefront of addiction treatment with the systems required to assist in all aspects of care.

Responsibilities

• 7+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in Javascript / Typescript.
• Strong Proficiency in modern Javascript frameworks: Vue.js, React, Angular.
• Solid understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience working with advanced CSS tooling: component libraries, styled components, TailwindCSS.
• Experience with building robust SPA (Single Page Application) development.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand and/or Pinia.
• Knowledge of modern front-end build tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to work in an Agile development environment.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Preferred

• Experience with Vue.js and React.
• Full-stack experience with Micro Service Architectures
• Experience with one or more backend languages: Ruby on Rails, Java, NodeJS.
• Strong proficiency with AWS / Serverless Design Patterns.
• Experience with Micro-UI architecture patterns, Module Federation, Web Components.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Knowledge of UI?UX design principals.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
