Summary
The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the execution of marketing strategies that bring our products to market and ensure their success with customers. This role requires someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves to manage details, timelines, and cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, and Client Success.
The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience in product marketing or related roles (preferably in SaaS or healthcare), with strong skills in market research, competitive intelligence, and launch execution.
- Preference will be given to candidates who live in Florida, as well as Salt Lake City, Utah and Phoenix, Arizona. ***
Your Responsibilities
Product Launch & Go-to-Market Execution
- Own the execution of product launch plans, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination.
- Take high-level positioning and messaging frameworks and turn them into compelling sales tools, marketing content, and customer-facing assets (sales decks, product one-pagers, FAQs, website copy, emails).
- Ensure messaging and positioning are consistent across channels and resonate with key personas.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and special events, engaging with prospects, clients, and partners to showcase our solutions and gather market insights.
Sales Enablement & Client Success Support
- Create and maintain sales tools that help the sales and client success teams effectively position products and respond to customer needs.
- Train internal teams on new product features, messaging, and competitive differentiators.
- Partner with Client Success to gather customer feedback and testimonials that support retention and upsell efforts.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities specific to behavioral health and substance use recovery.
- Track competitor products, pricing, messaging, and go-to-market tactics.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for sales enablement and product development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Management to ensure customer insights and market research influence roadmap decisions.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation and Content teams to align campaigns with product priorities.
- Act as the “voice of the customer” to ensure product positioning aligns with market needs.
Role
This role is for you if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (required).
- 7–10 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related role, preferably within SaaS.
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or substance use recovery industries a strong plus.
- Demonstrated success in executing product launches and supporting go-to-market strategies.
- Strong skills in market research, messaging development, and competitive analysis.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex product capabilities into customer-focused messaging.
- Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success.
