About the role

We’re growing our team and looking for a Junior / Intermediate Email Marketing Specialist who already has some practical experience in email marketing and wants to build on it.

You’ll work on email campaigns, automation flows, segmentation, copy, testing, and performance analysis for international brands.

You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. You’ll work closely with a senior team member who will guide you through client goals, campaign planning, flow logic, performance reviews, and next steps. As you gain confidence, you’ll gradually take on more responsibility.

What you’ll do

  • Build and optimize email campaigns for international brands
  • Work hands-on with Klaviyo and/or Brevo
  • Help create and improve automation flows such as welcome flows, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, and customer reactivation
  • Write clear and engaging email copy
  • Work with designers on banners, visuals, and email layouts
  • Create audience segments based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement
  • Track campaign and flow performance
  • Review key metrics with support from your mentor
  • Take part in A/B testing and suggest improvements
  • Manage your own tasks with clear priorities, feedback, and team support

What we’re looking for

  • 6+ months to 1 year of hands-on email marketing experience
  • Experience with Klaviyo and/or Brevo
  • Basic understanding of email marketing metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, revenue per recipient, and unsubscribe rate
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Interest in e-commerce, customer journeys, retention, and performance marketing
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organization and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work with feedback and improve your work over time
  • Curiosity about testing, data, and customer behavior

You’ll have support with

  • Understanding client goals and priorities
  • Planning campaigns and automation flows
  • Reviewing copy, structure, and email logic
  • Reading and interpreting performance results
  • Learning how to make better recommendations based on data
  • Improving your work through regular feedback
  • Taking on more responsibility step by step

Nice to have

  • Experience with e-commerce or digital-first brands
  • Agency experience
  • Basic knowledge of deliverability and engagement improvement
  • Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, or Google Sheets
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email editing
  • Copywriting experience for marketing campaigns
