We are seeking a Content Marketing Lead to drive our overall content strategy and execution for our brand and supporting channels.
As a storyteller, your role is to build brand trust through great content and concepts. You will be responsible for showcasing our product and offering through engaging assets, mediums, and platforms. You will work within the Marketing team to support our go-to-market strategy and initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports Kintone’s product, mission and overall brand presence.
- Oversee all brand assets and production requirements: emails, event assets, social media, paid ads, videos, customer stories, eBooks, whitepapers, webinars etc.
- Create a robust content calendar and distribution process in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Global Website teams.
- Lead the concept, creation and briefs for our performance marketing ads — working closely with growth team on user journey, targeting and ad performance.
- Manage external contributors, freelancers and partnerships from sourcing, briefs, contracts, to final edits.
- Own marketing initiatives such as monthly newsletters, blogs, social media posts, nurturing drip campaigns etc., including hands-on copywriting and graphic designing as needed.
- Track, measure, and report performance with data and result oriented suggestions to key stakeholders.
- Research latest trends to optimize content using best practices in SEO and CRO to drive organic traffic and conversions on the website.
- Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all channels.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of proven experience in content marketing, with a focus on strategy and execution. Experience within a tech company or B2B setting is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, English, Creative Writing, or related field.
- Advanced expertise in copywriting, graphic design, and storytelling, with demonstrated ability to tailor tone, voice, and messaging for varied audiences and platforms.
- Strong proficiency in SEO initiatives and CRO best practices.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva), and reporting/analytics tools including Google Analytics, Miro, and Excel.
- Experience developing and executing against a cohesive roadmap with strong project management skills, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and technical SEO requirements to effectively manage website operations and improve backend performance and search visibility.
- Strong interest in Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) platforms and emerging technologies, with a curiosity-driven mindset toward digital innovation and process optimization.
- Previous experience working for a Japanese company or collaborating with Japanese partners, demonstrating familiarity with Japanese business culture, communication styles, and operational processes.
- Professional or business-level proficiency in Japanese, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal contexts.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus but not required.

- Primarily remote on a day-to-day basis, with occasional in-office or in-person work as needed.
Salary Range
Annual base salary with bonus $100,800 - 110,600, based on skills and experience.
