The Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic and systems-oriented Senior Manager of Growth Marketing to architect and scale Kinomatic’s direct-to-patient growth engine. This leader will balance strategic vision with structured execution, overseeing the full funnel patient journey from awareness to advocacy, ensuring Kinomatic’s growth initiatives are repeatable, data-informed, and aligned with long term brand positioning in a regulated healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead Kinomatic’s direct-to-patient growth strategy across digital acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and patient engagement channels.
- Design and oversee the full-funnel patient journey from awareness and education through consultation, conversion, and advocacy.
- Build and scale lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, and CRM platforms to support patient education and long-term engagement.
- Establish structured experimentation frameworks to test, optimize, and continuously improve growth initiatives.
- Lead the development of a Patient Ambassador program that activates satisfied patients to generate testimonials, referrals, and brand advocacy.
- Oversee digital growth channels, including paid social, organic social, landing pages, and marketing automation programs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Patient Navigation, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure growth initiatives align with the patient experience.
- Evaluate and optimize marketing technology, tools, and data infrastructure to support scalable growth operations.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of direct-to-consumer (D2C) or direct-to-patient growth strategies across digital and lifecycle marketing channels.
- Comfortable leveraging AI and automation tools to increase speed, personalization, and testing velocity.
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize full-funnel marketing programs from awareness through conversion and advocacy.
- Experience leveraging CRM and marketing automation platforms to build segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and engagement programs.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Experience managing or overseeing paid digital channels, including social advertising and conversion optimization.
- Ability to design structured testing and experimentation frameworks that drive continuous improvement.
- Experience operating in fast-paced startups or high-growth environments where building scalable systems is required.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare marketing experience and/or highly regulated industry experience
- Experience building ambassador or referral programs
Salary Range: $112,200 – $179,500
