About the Role:

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Kinobi, you will play a crucial role in developing our core platform and shaping the future of our products. You will be responsible for creating scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code while contributing to the overall development roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with the CTO on occasions to ensure a strong intelligent customer loving product for our clients.
Support the development and eventually take ownership of the application development roadmap, including technical research, prioritization, and action planning.
Takes ownership of the development lifecycle and operates closely like a forward-deployed engineer.
Push the frontier of Kinobi’s technological capabilities in the AI era.
Develop core modules with a clean and scalable architecture.
Drive the launch and development of new platform features (details to be shared upon joining).
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code that adheres to Kinobi's standards and best practices.
Design meaningful analytics to monitor internal metrics and track strategic performance across products, regions, and teams.
Research and develop user-friendly UI for both mobile and web platforms.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and UI frameworks like Vue.js, React.js, or similar, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
Strong experience with MongoDB or similar databases.
Solid understanding of software development phases such as compile, build, test, publish, and deploy, particularly for web applications.
Comfortable working with Git for version control.
Ability to manage tasks effectively, from simple to complex, while leading workloads and managing expectations.
Enjoy working on tasks that may have low technical complexity but require high contextual understanding and maturity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient in documentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a fast-paced VUCA environment, such as startups.
Experience working as a freelancer on technical projects, with a strong understanding of user needs.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Prefers candidates with prior experiences working closely with or as founders in a b2b product company.
Prefers candidate with a strong desire to create a global standard company along with the founders.
Prefers candidates with experience in a software house, as Kinobi operates at a similar pace, with comparable expectations and continuous requirements gathering.
