We are looking for a data-driven, strategic, and high-energy Global Marketing Manager to join our growth team and lead our international market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Demand Generation: Architect and execute B2B marketing strategies to capture market share across global manufacturing and logistics hubs.
- Digital Ecosystem Leadership: Own our enterprise marketing stack, driving end-to-end setups across SEO, CRM systems, and advanced Marketing Automation tools.
- Inbound & Lifecycle Campaigns: Design, build, and deploy targeted email sequences, content funnels, and performance marketing workflows to convert qualified global leads.
- Budget Optimization: Manage and optimize the international marketing budget to ensure high ROI on every digital ad dollar.
- Performance Analytics: Track, dissect, and report on campaign KPIs using analytical models to continuously refine user journeys and messaging frameworks.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, manage, and scale our cross-functional digital marketing team to hit aggressive inbound pipeline goals.
Skills & Requirements
- Education: A University Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience building and managing global B2B digital marketing strategies in a similar organisation.
- Technical Stack: Advanced hands-on expertise with Marketing Automation software, CRM pipelines, complex Email Marketing suites, and technical SEO frameworks.
- International Track Record: Demonstrated success in running creative, localized digital ad campaigns for international tech or SaaS buyers.
- Communication: Flawless written and spoken English skills, coupled with robust public relations and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Mindset: A strong team player who is obsessed with product growth, testing, data attribution, and cross-channel optimization.
