About the Role

We're looking for a UI/UX Developer who thrives at the intersection of design and code — a creative technologist who can craft highly engaging, responsive user interfaces for sweepstakes and online casino platforms. You'll be responsible for turning user flows and wireframes into stunning, high-performing web experiences that drive conversion, retention, and trust.

This role requires both a designer's sensibility and a developer’s precision, plus a deep understanding of what makes casino platforms feel exciting, intuitive, and secure to users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, interactive UIs for web-based sweepstakes and casino platforms (registration flows, lobbies, game pages, user dashboards, loyalty areas, etc.).
• Translate product goals and user psychology into intuitive, accessible, and emotionally compelling interfaces.
• Implement pixel-perfect front-end code using HTML5, SCSS, JavaScript, and React / Next.js / Vue.
• Convert Figma or Adobe XD designs into scalable and reusable components.
• Optimize visual and behavioral elements for high conversion (signups, deposits, game play).
• Integrate with backend systems, APIs, wallet services, and real-time data (e.g., leaderboards, prizes).
• Ensure regulatory and design compliance, including age gates, legal disclaimers, and responsible gaming messaging.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, backend developers, and compliance teams.
• Contribute to UI/UX testing, A/B experimentation, and data-driven design decisions.
• Maintain consistency and scalability via custom design systems or component libraries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years in a UI/UX Developer or Front-End Designer/Engineer role.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS (SCSS), JavaScript, and a modern framework like React, Next.js, or Vue.
• Proven experience in turning high-fidelity mockups into functional, responsive UIs.
• Familiarity with the visual and psychological patterns of iGaming/casino interfaces: CTA hierarchy, reward loops, gamification, urgency, etc.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first layouts, and performance optimization.
• Working knowledge of accessibility, WCAG standards, and usability best practices.
• Comfortable with Git workflows and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing or developing for sweepstakes, lottery, or gamified systems.
• Understanding of conversion optimization (UX funnels, behavioral nudges, CTA placement).
• Familiarity with animation libraries (Framer Motion, Lottie, GSAP) to enhance visual engagement.
• Basic understanding of real-money gaming UX compliance (KYC, geolocation, responsible gaming).
• Experience with headless CMSs, GraphQL, or TypeScript.
• Previous work in regulated markets (US sweepstakes, EU casinos, etc.).
