We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to lead and grow our affiliate program. What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage a high-performing affiliate marketing program for our social casino brands.
• Identify, recruit, and build relationships with top-tier affiliates in the iGaming industry.
• Optimize affiliate performance by analyzing key metrics and adjusting strategies.
• Negotiate competitive commission deals to drive traffic and player acquisition.
• Monitor compliance and regulatory requirements in affiliate partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align affiliate strategies with company goals.
• Stay ahead of iGaming trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities in the affiliate space.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven experience in affiliate marketing for sweepstakes social casinos (this is a must!).

✔ 3+ years of experience managing affiliate programs in online gaming.

✔ Strong network of iGaming affiliates and ability to recruit new partners.

✔ Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking tools (e.g., Income Access, Everflow, or similar).

✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

✔ Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
