Brand Marketing Analyst/ Digital Marketing Analyst
Kinetic Digital is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Analyst to support our Brand Marketing and SEO activity. The role includes working closely with our marketing team, analyzing performance, solving problems, and contributing to the overall performance of the team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the performance of brand marketing campaigns.
- Develop data-driven strategies that maximize the impact of brand marketing activity
- Develop reports and dashboards that will help the team make decisions
- Collaborate with the rest of the BI team in solving issues
- Evaluate test results performed by the marketing team
- Optimize and segment audiences to ensure personalized and relevant messaging
- Provide actionable insights for campaign optimization
- Monitor key KPIs and flag anomalies or underperforming campaigns.
- Utilize our BI tools in order to provide informed recommendations to the team
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing analytics
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to query and analyze large datasets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights
- Excellent Excel skills
- Able to work independently as well as being a team player
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Proven experience in marketing analysis, brand strategy, or a similar role is a plus
