We are dedicated to providing high-quality apparel and an exceptional customer experience across our brands. Our mission is to elevate the healthcare workforce with products that are functional, stylish and comfortable.

Overview

We are seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to drive local demand and brand presence across every store – turn strategic frameworks into scalable, high-impact activation. This role will lead the strategy and execution of our store marketing engine – translating national campaigns into localized moments that drive foot traffic, community connection, and sales. From geo-targeted media and listings management to in-store events and localized CRM, this role will own the roadmap that connects stores to their neighborhoods. This role will partner with Stores, Creative, and Analytics to test, measure, and scale that works – building playbooks, budgets, and operational disciplines that keep our feel humming and our brand top-of-mind in every market.

Essential Job Duties

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and maintain the store marketing framework by tier, inclusive of channel mix, spend levels, and KPIs.
  • Partner with the Retail Leadership Team to identify high-potential markets and prioritize campaigns.
  • `Translate national creative and brand initiatives into local activations that drive measurable results.

Campaigns & Activation

  • Oversee geo-targeted paid media (Search, Social, Maps, Yext) to maximize store visits and direction clicks.
  • Manage and evolve the GBP/listings ecosystem across all doors, ensuring accuracy, SEO impact, and consistent brand voice.
  • Lead local event calendars — from planning through execution and post-event reporting — creating repeatable, scalable formats.

CRM & Community

  • Collaborate with CRM to develop local segmentation (radius, profession cohorts) and build store-specific acquisition and retention tactics.
  • Guide regional outreach to schools, hospitals, and local organizations; track lead conversion and ROI.
  • Partner with Stores to drive review volume, manage responses, and improve local reputation metrics.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Own reporting on store marketing performance: foot traffic proxies, cost per visit, capture rate, and review health.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to both Marketing and Store Ops teams.
  • Maintain disciplined UTM, GA4, and budget hygiene to ensure clean attribution and financial tracking.

Operations & Enablement

  • Manage marketing calendars, creative routing, vendor coordination, and campaign documentation.
  • Lead the Store Marketing Hub (toolkits, templates, and training materials).
  • Oversee budget tracking, PO processing, and vendor ticketing with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Deliver weekly updates and DM call materials that summarize priorities and learnings across markets.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • 5–8+ years in retail or field marketing (multi-location, franchise, or brand side preferred).
  • Proficient with geo-paid media platforms (Google/Meta), GBP/Yext, and local SEO strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with ESP/SMS tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Attentive) and GA4 reporting.
  • Strong project and budget management skills; proven ability to lead through influence.
  • Excellent communicator with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset toward store teams and partners.
  • Ability to travel around 20% of the time.

Compensation

$140,000 - $150,000 annual salary. Kindthread encourages applications from candidates at all levels. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
