Kindred Recruitment is supporting one of Europe’s fastest scale-ups to hire a creative, bold and entrepreneurial Senior Social Media Manager. This is a brand new role with complete ownership and creative licence to build out their social presence applying B2C creativity and out of the box thinking to B2B.

This is a highly creative opportunity, where you will be expected to own the social media marketing strategy, and create engaging and educational content that positions the company as a thought leader. B2B marketing can be boring, dry, insert your own synonym but this role is different, and my client is actively seeking someone to be bold and come up with creative ways to stand out.

There are high expectations for this role and the ideal candidate must have proven experience, with an innate talent for creating engaging social content and be able to iterate quickly to learn at lightening-speed.

What you will do

Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in a marketing role focused on social
• Have an excellent understanding of social concepts, landscape changes and emerging trends
• Be an incredible storyteller
• Have an obsession over creating engaging content
• Passion for learning and driving innovation
• You care deeply and genuinely about customer value and about the role it plays in growing a company
• Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
• Accountability and strong organisation skills, ability to manage your time and priorities
