We are seeking an ambitious Senior Media Manager.

The Senior Media Manager is a driven leader who is responsible for managing the performance marketing of all Kindred clients.
We are looking for a strategic, quality-driven, multi-account juggling leader to join our agency. The responsibilities include driving revenue, user acquisition and brand awareness, overseeing the performance team and identifying new areas of growth.
Successful candidates will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a proven track record in performance marketing role, at least 5 years of work experience with some management experience, an eye for detail and a strong focus on performance/ROAS.

Your responsibilities:
- Hands on management of client ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn plus regional APAC ad platforms)
- Provide leadership, vision and support to help clients achieve their business ambitions and brand targets, as well as develop and nurture client relationships including
- leading clients’ campaigns and brand strategies with the support from your team
- developing and presenting a plan to implement the recommended changes
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Working closely with the clients to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
- suggesting best practice recommendations for our clients (across all digital channels including programmatic, search, display, social)
- keeping projects on time and within budget
- conducting performance evaluations and giving feedback
- Monitoring the success of campaigns
- Identifying new opportunities for growth (for both clients and our agency)
- Have knowledge on current industry trends, understand the importance of strategy and audience insights, with a general knowledge of the changing digital landscape.
- Manage internal teams and external stakeholders to fulfill the project objectives, including
- managing performance marketing teams and setting goals for them
- briefing team members and reviewing their work
- Bringing confidence, maturity, passion, smart, and strategic thinking to our team and help them improve
Requirements:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in an agency performance marketing role
- Degree holder in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Computer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines (ideal but not mandatory).
- Must be certified in Google Ads (Search & Display), Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with Pinterest, Yahoo Search, Bing, Naver and Japanese, Korean or Chinese ad platforms a bonus.
- Proven record in managing and fostering long term, positive client relationships
- Highly Proficient in English (Chinese, Japanese or Korean language a bonus)
- Understanding of budgeting and reporting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills as well as commercial maturity are essential
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, agile and highly organized with a drive for achievement.
- Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Curious about clients' business and wider economic and industry trends is desirable; passion and fluency in everything digital is an advantage.
- The maturity to be able to work remotely whilst making sure that work is delivered on time and maintain work/life boundaries
- Enjoys working in a multi-cultural working environment and handling communications with overseas offices.
- Working experience in a multicultural background on regional clients would be an advantage.
