I. ABOUT KIN STUDIO

Kin Studio is the in-house marketing arm of KiN Hotel Group. One team delivers the marketing for all our brands: boutique hotels (KiN, NiK, KiN Wander), Kin Hotel Kuala Lumpur, WAV Private Onsen, and our F&B outlets (TucKiN, Phieu Rooftop, Bari Bari etc). The team covers design, social content, photography and copywriting, Ads, PR supported by AI tools for planning, coordination and reporting.

II. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Marcom Manager holds full strategic ownership and budget accountability for KiN Studio. This role is responsible for driving top-line revenue, scaling direct booking channels, protecting brands, and leading a multi-disciplinary marketing division to achieve business milestones. You are accountable for the studio's entire output - marketing for every brand, delivered on time and to standard - and for developing the studio into a modern, AI-enabled agency.

Report to: Founder (expat)

Working location: Home Office, Central Point, 102 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Saigon Ward, HCMC

III. RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Studio operations

  • Own the studio's workflow from brief to delivery: intake, prioritization, assignment, deadlines.
  • Understand the objective behind every brief and campaign before work begins.
  • Ensure every deliverable fits the brand guidelines and achieves its campaign objective, working closely with the Creative Design Director.

2. Planning & scheduling

  • Own the monthly marketing calendar for each brand - content, campaigns and launches.
  • Translate each brand's business goals into clear briefs and campaign plans.
  • Plan and sequence the team's workload so multiple brands run in parallel without overload or missed deadlines.
  • Manage studio capacity and negotiate priorities across brands openly.

3. Team leadership

  • Manage the team day-to-day: brief clearly, review work, remove blockers, keep standards high.
  • Develop each team member through coaching and honest feedback, building people who can work independently.
  • Run the weekly planning meeting and keep workload and progress visible to everyone.

4. AI adoption

  • Lead by example in using AI tools for planning, copywriting and reporting.
  • Automate routine coordination and admin work so the team's time goes to creative and strategic work.
  • Inspire the team to learn and adopt AI in their daily work, raising both quality and speed.

5. Stakeholder management & reporting

  • Act as the single point of contact between the studio and each brand team: manage requests, expectations and timelines.
  • Send each brand a clear monthly report: what was delivered, what it achieved, what is planned next.
  • Provide management a monthly studio overview: output, deadlines met, channel performance and capacity.

IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

  • On-time delivery across all brands
  • Quality of output (first-pass approval rate)
  • Satisfaction of the brand teams the studio serves
  • Performance of the group's social and digital channels
  • Team development and retention
  • AI adoption and efficiency improvements

V. REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years in marketing, including hands-on experience at a marketing agency on the campaign-delivery side - campaign management, project or traffic management, or studio operations. (Not agency sales or pitching - we are looking for the person who runs the work.)
  • Experience managing a creative team of 5 or more.
  • Both creative and structured: able to judge and improve creative work, while running disciplined processes and timelines.
  • Strong planning skills across multiple brands: calendars, capacity and prioritization.
  • A genuine people leader with a record of developing staff.
  • Comfortable and current with AI tools and motivated to build an AI-enabled team.
  • Working proficiency in Vietnamese and English (advanced English skill similar to Ielts 6.5 and above)
  • A plus: background in hospitality, F&B or lifestyle brands.
