Job Title: E-Commerce Marketing Manager
Location: [Remote]
Type of Position: Contract, 18 Months
We’re looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our promotions, website and email marketing. This role is responsible for driving sales growth through website management, promotional campaigns, email marketing. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, is data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing
- Develop and manage email marketing strategy, including newsletters, product announcements, and automated campaigns.
- Oversee segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to maximize engagement and revenue.
- Track performance metrics and continually optimize campaigns.
Website Management
- Oversee day-to-day website operations, ensuring product pages, content, and promotions are up-to-date.
- Collaborate with design, development, and merchandising teams to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Monitor site performance, reporting on KPIs such as CAC, ROAS by Channel, MER, AOV, Customer Lifetime, and LTV.
Marketing Calendar / Sales & Promotions
- Plan, develop, and execute promotional campaigns to achieve sales targets.
- Manage seasonal campaigns, product launches, and special offers across all digital channels.
- Analyze sales performance and optimize promotions for ROI.
- Report sales performance weekly
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing, with proven success in driving online sales.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
Nice to Have
- Experience with SEO and content marketing.
- Familiarity with CRO (conversion rate optimization) strategies.
- Background in retail, consumer goods, or similar industries.
