Objective:
Operating over 105 parks across the U.S., Kids Empire is establishing itself as the number one entertainment destination for families. As our brand and company continue to grow – 30+ openings planned in 2025 and 2026, we are reorganizing our marketing department and seeking a creative and dynamic Field Marketing Manager to help us increase brand awareness and improve park performance.
The Field Marketing Manager will work closely with the VP of Marketing, Directors of Operations, and Regional Managers to manage Local Store Marketing. Key responsibilities include:
Essential Job Functions:
Field Marketing Strategy:
- Building yearly marketing plans including activation concepts matching our development goals, marketing priorities and campaigns.
- Collaborating with the operations team to build marketing calendars for existing and upcoming parks to identify opportunities and be relevant in all local markets.
- Fostering relationships with the marketing teams of our major real estate partners to enhance awareness and traffic at their locations, including upcoming parks.
Activation Execution:
- Working with the marketing team to ensure materials and campaigns are delivered on-time.
- Working with the operations teams to ensure that event and campaigns are executed on-brand and on-time.
Local Marketing Support:
- The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for connecting the brand to our local teams, providing guidance and support on how to deploy the brand and marketing campaigns, while amplifying the operations teams needs to the brand and marketing team.
- The Field Marketing Manager will also be the main point of contact for all solicitations (PR, events, filming, etc.) to assess opportunity and organize resources to take them.
- They will also ensure parks visibility and information accuracy on major platforms (Maps, Yelp, etc.).
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitoring performance to assess the efficiency and impact of local marketing efforts.
- Reporting to VP of Marketing and VP of Operations to validate plans and budget.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
- 3+ years of experience in retail field marketing, ideally in similar industries, such as entertainment, attractions, kids’ concept or relevant industries, such as restaurant, sports or other activities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize marketing strategies.
Additional Requirements
- We need our field marketing manager to be able to travel frequently to our parks, so easy access to a major airport is mandatory. If the candidate is close to our NY or LA office, they are welcome to be in office when not traveling, otherwise work from home.
